I recently had a wonderful massage from a lovely girl named AYESHA. Ayesha was friendly and polite. During the massage Ayesha seemed to instinctively know my trouble spots and applied the perfect amount of pressure. We also laughed about dating apps and my meets which have included, the good, the bad and the ugly haha. I recommend NEO_DERM to all and look forward to returning again in the near future.

Amazing first massage I've ever had and she was so good. Lovely to talk to and really relaxing.

I booked the Christmas pamper session that I found through Wowcher; £24 for 4x 30min treatments followed by a hot chocolate and a mince pie. I chose a back massage, an Indian head massage, a facial and an eyebrow wax. Ayesha was my therapist and I thoroughly enjoyed her massages and facial. Very relaxing and well delivered. She was very friendly and professional. Great value. The only slightly negative comment I have was Ayesha commented that after giving me my facial she said she noticed I have rosacea. I think it is great that therapists would highlight possible problems with clients so they can seek help. I tried to ask her what Rosacea is and how people get it hoping to determine whether I need to take action. She failed to explain what Rosacea is, only that it’s ‘like spots’ and pointed at my face (where I have a few blemishes) Ayesha went on to talk about a face peel that Neoderm offer that uses acid to peel the skin. She said it would treat my rosacea. I’m not sure if this was just an ‘up sell’ or I genuinely have rosacea but I do feel if therapists are ‘diagnosing’ conditions, they should be well informed and in a position to give accurate advice and background information should the client have questions. Apart from this small detail, I had a great experience and would thoroughly recommend Ayesha and the great value Christmas pamper package. Thank you very much!
