After a bad experience with another company, I ordered some Obagi retinol from Neo-Derm last minute. Danielle very kindly managed to get it to me in record time and was very understanding and kind. All my queries and concerns were answered and she was very patient. This company can be trusted and they are a genuine Obagi supplier, which is important to know. The price was good too. I'm really happy and will now be switching to Neo-Derm as my preferred Obagi supplier. Emails and calls were answered promptly and in a friendly manner and I was reassured about my order arriving. It's just a shame I am in London or I would pop into the salon as I'm sure the service there would be five star too. Many thanks from a satisfied customer.
